Care Instructions For Hellebores

Hellebores will arrive in bud form which provides protection during delivery and helps increase vase life.

1. Prep Your Stems

After removing all packaging, give each stem a fresh 45 degree angled cut, about an inch, to help them rehydrate quickly.

2. Hydration Is Key

Fill a clean vase with fresh water and flower food and arrange your stems, removing any foliage that will fall below the water line.

3. Keep Cool & Enjoy

Keep your hellebores in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Change water and give a fresh trim to the stems every couple days to extend vase life.

Floral Footnotes

Hellebores are also known as “Christmas roses,” because they usually bloom during the Christmas season in milder climates.
